Job Summary
The Student LifeCycle Management (SLCM) team is seeking a Business Analyst to support the student experience and university stakeholders and back office users dedicated to student success. This position would provide both customer service to our end users and stakeholders (as they reach out with questions) but would also be working with members of the SLCM team on student records and data quality that impact system processes (and assisting with these items to ensure system processes complete successfully).

Critical skills include the ability to work within a team, self-motivated and can work independently, strong written and verbal communication skills. Data entry, basic computer skills & strong customer service skills are a plus. Knowledge of SAP or data quality experience is preferred but not required
