How you'll make an impact in this role:Lead Strategic Operations: Drive daily sterile processing operations and establish departmental goals aligned with the health system's vision to ensure seamless surgical workflow and safe patient care.
Empower and Develop Teams: Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture by overseeing recruitment, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing professional development.
Champion Quality and Compliance: Maintain rigorous sterilization, safety, and regulatory standards through regular quality assurance audits, continuous monitoring, and process optimization.
Optimize Financial and Material Resources: Manage department budgets, track inventory trends, and partner across leadership to implement cost-effective supply and standardization strategies.
Foster Health System Alignment: Partner with vendor representatives, manage department contracts, and lead sterilization compliance initiatives across the health system to support clinical excellence.
