What Youll Do
- Perform decontamination of surgical instruments, scopes (including Da Vinci), and other surgical tools
- Assemble all instruments across various service lines such as Trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
- Manage sterilization processes, including sterilized and steam methods
- Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
- Maintain sterile storage areas efficiently
- Act as an OR liaison to facilitate communication and workflow
- Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument and supply management
- Support floating responsibilities between different OSU locations as needed
What You Need
- CRCST or CSPDT certification required
- Experience working in sterile processing, OR liaison, or core tech roles preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, trauma-level environments such as OSU
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
