What You’ll Do
  • Perform decontamination of surgical instruments, scopes (including Da Vinci), and other surgical tools
  • Assemble all instruments across various service lines such as Trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
  • Manage sterilization processes, including sterilized and steam methods
  • Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
  • Maintain sterile storage areas efficiently
  • Act as an OR liaison to facilitate communication and workflow
  • Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument and supply management
  • Support floating responsibilities between different OSU locations as needed
What You Need
  • CRCST or CSPDT certification required
  • Experience working in sterile processing, OR liaison, or core tech roles preferred
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, trauma-level environments such as OSU
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
