Required Skills
- CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) or CSPDT (Certification for Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting at Level I or II
- Proficiency with sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic devices (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow strict protocols and safety procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with emergency response protocols and being part of emergency teams
- Prior experience in trauma or high-volume surgical environments
- Additional certifications in sterile processing or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Trackable work history with no employment cancellations
- Experience in handling specialized sterilization equipment and surgical instrumentation
Other Requirements
- Willingness to be stationed at the facility for emergency responses, including potential extended shifts or relief assignments
- Ability to work the mid-shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) on a consistent basis
- Must not be a first-time traveler; must have verifiable employment history
