Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $42.74 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily sterile processing operations, supporting workflow and department efficiency
• Oversee the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments
• Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functional before patient use
• Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and supervise staff, assisting with workflow coordination
• Utilize Censitrac and other documentation systems for instrument tracking and quality assurance
• Support hospital environment in a teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center setting
• May be required to float between OSU locations as needed

What You Need:

• Valid certification: HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD
• Minimum of 4 years sterile processing experience with leadership background
• Strong understanding of sterilization procedures and regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to support a fast-paced hospital environment
