Sterile Processing Technician – Travel Contract

Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Department: 676F Sterile Processing – Instrument Tech
Location: Northside Hospital Forsyth, Cumming, GA 30041
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Hours: 5×8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
Local Candidates: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Sterile Processing experience

• Experience with sterile processing, surgical instrumentation, and instrument decontamination

• Preferred certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, or CASSPT

• Strong knowledge of sterilization, disinfection, assembly, and preparation of surgical instruments

Holiday Requirement

Must work 2 major holidays from the following:

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

• New Year's Day

And 1 minor holiday:

• Friday after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve

• New Year's Eve
