    About the Job:

    Responsible for the decontamination, preparation and sterilization of supplies, instruments, and equipment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Follows duty roster to fulfill workstation assignment.
    • Decontaminates, prepares, and sterilizes equipment and supplies per Elliot Hospital and infection control rules.
    • Runs steam, sterrad sterilizer, washer decontaminators, cart washer, ultrasonics, and dryer.
    • Reports broken equipment and supplies to shift leader and manager immediately for follow-up.
    • Labels and assembles healthcare instrument trays.
    • Maintains steam, sterrad, and biological monitoring records.
    • Answers phone calls.
    • Creates linen packs, inspects, delints, and folds as needed.

    Who You Are:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred.

    Work Shift:

    Monday - Friday 2:30-11. Rotating weekends and holidays
