We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sterile Tech / Dental Assistant who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment while supporting our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Maintain strict infection control and OSHA standards
• Prepare treatment rooms for procedures
• Assist dentists and hygienists when needed
• Keep clinical areas stocked and organized
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Dental or sterilization experience is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
• Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
