Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator

Location: Hybrid- Jacksonville

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5

Summary:This role will be responsible for managing the IBM Sterling B2Bi platform to ensure the secure and efficient flow of electronic data between trading partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

Participate in the daily team stand-up to provide update on the assigned projectsSupport B2B developers on complex partner onboardingInvestigate external communication issues (SFTP, AS2 or HTTPS) with trading partnersTroubleshoot B2Bi operational problems and restore the services to normal stateActively monitor Sterling business processes and adapters ensuring a 24/7 state of operational readinessApply system patches, and upgrade the Sterling B2Bi and Lightwell software as neededEnsure data security by managing user accounts and permissions for Sterling servers and LightwellCollaborate with Server team on Linux upgradesSupport B2B application during off-hoursSupport Disaster Recovery and periodic Sterling maintenance windowsOther duties as assigned

Required Minimum Experience and Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)5 years of administration experience managing IBM Sterling B2B integrator

3 years of experience with B2Bi, Lightwell, and IBM Secure Proxy Implementation, upgrade, and patching on Linux platform3 years of experience monitoring overall EDI activities with reports and statistics

1 year experience with UNIX and/or LINUX

Preferred Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university6 months experience in Supply Chain Logistics6 months experience in Java/J2EE programming1 year experience with IBM Sterling Integrator cluster setups1 year experience with Sterling B2B Integrator BP and mapping stack1 year experience with XPath, XSLT, SOAP, REST, SQL

Ability to assess and tune application performance and system healthProficient skills managing system load performance and B2Bi queue management

Proficient skills with Microsoft SQL Server, and Database technologies

Proficient skills with B2B design patterns, architecture and integration technologies that go beyond point-to-point integrations and allow for more reuse and flexibility

Strong knowledge of B2B/EDI terminology & standards (X12, EDI, XML, JSON)Knowledge of Agile development practicesGood understanding of the customer integration testing
