We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a steward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. What is expected of YOU:
As a valued member of the kitchen team, you are expected to provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Your responsibilities include scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher, as well as washing pots, pans, and trays. You will also be tasked with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing all trash from kitchen areas, and ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.
