Responsible for washing allchina, glassware, silverware, pots,pansand other items used in the restaurant,kitchenand banquet department. 

Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into thedumpsterand cleaning all containers. 

Clean walls in the kitchen asappropriate; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily. 

Ensure the dish machine isoperatingeffectivelyandreading at theappropriatetemperature. 

Assistwith unloading and organizing shipments. 

Perform all other duties asdeemednecessary by management.
