JOB TITLE:Steward POSITION SUMMARY:The Stewardis responsible formaintainingcleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the kitchen and service areas. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, equipment, and workspaces meet health and safety standards. The Steward plays a critical support role in overall kitchen operations, enabling the team to deliver a safe and efficient dining experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cleaning Sanitation Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures Remove trash and recycling,maintainingclean and safe disposal areas Kitchen Support Assistwith stocking and organizing clean dishes and equipment Support kitchen staff with basic prep or tasks as needed Ensure adequate supply of clean items during service periods Helpmaintainoverall kitchen organization and efficiency Equipment Safety Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Build Trust:Weexhibitintegrity,transparencyand compassion in every interaction.
