Summary: Responsible for washing all dishware, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, utensils and equipment.
- Follow established setup, breakdown and storage procedures in all kitchens.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
