This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen in a high-volume dining environment.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Experience in high-volume food service operations, including dishwashing with both commercial machines and a 3-compartment sinkWillingness to assist in all areas of the operation and be a strong, dependable team playerPerform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general sanitationSupport receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation, dating, and labeling in accordance with HACCP guidelinesPrepare iced teas and ensure the ice machine is filled and maintainedStrong sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, respectful, and easy to work withSchedule:Monday - Friday6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Occasional evenings and catering event
