Here''s what you''ll do during a typical day:

  • Run efficient Back of House operations: Oversee daily back of house functions, ensuring smooth operations, consistent standards, and well-maintained facilities to support kitchen and dining teams
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance: Maintain back of house, food and beverage outlets, and team dining areas to the highest sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Manage equipment and resources: Ensure proper operation, storage, and availability of all machinery and equipment; promptly address maintenance needs and support inventory control
  • Support event and service delivery: Collaborate with banqueting and culinary teams to ensure the timely preparation and flow of equipment and supplies for functions and daily operations
  • Optimize operations: Monitor costs, implement efficiency strategies, and identify opportunities to enhance resource utilization while maintaining service quality
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
