Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and banquet equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
Support banquet and kitchen staff during events and service as needed.
Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet functions.
Maintain quality and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution.

Key Requirements:

3 months to 1 year of steward or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with team members.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
