Develops training plans, schedules preventive maintenance, and manages inventories.
Requires 2-3 years supervisory experience in kitchen/restaurant cleaning, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Delphi.
Must be flexible for all shifts, including holidays and nights.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and physical stamina skills to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a casino setting.
