The VISTA member will: - research prior archive policies and procedures, and compare to field-wide best practices - develop cataloging workflows and standards, create a template to form and run an acquisitions committee- create public access guidelines for licensing for staff to use - help identify gaps in existing cataloging and documentation - research past and potential archive funders, and develop a tracking system for reusable language, and prepare grant application materials- research new community and national partnerships that strengthen the program with new opportunities
