Member duties include: - research model curricula in the field for best practices, and use findings to develop new curriculum for AMI students. Create templates and processes that are replicable for other organizations to use. - create systems for instructional learning by AMI students at Appalshop, and develop logistical framework for use during each teaching session - research new community and national partnerships that strengthen the program with new opportunities for staff to engage - create systems for applying to film festivals, web platforms, etc. to show AMI work - research and develop program sponsorships to identify grant applications
