The AmeriCorps VISTA member will strengthen the Hatfield & McCoy Experience by developing organizational systems that support program operations, volunteer engagement, educational outreach, community partnerships, and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities may include creating processes for volunteer recruitment and coordination, developing tools to organize educational programs and community initiatives, improving internal workflows, and creating resources that support consistent outreach and partnership management.
