Required Experience & Skills
Previous welding and metal fabrication experience REQUIRED
Strong MIG welding experience REQUIRED
Stick welding experience preferred(TIG is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production work orders
Fabricate metal parts using steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Perform MIG welding and assist with Stick/TIG welding as needed
Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components to exact specifications
Operate fabrication equipment including saws, plasma cutters, grinders, and drill presses
Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures
Work independently or alongside team members to meet production deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous fabrication shop experience
Welding certifications (or ability to obtain)
Experience with custom fabrication, short-run production, or manufacturing work
Forklift or overhead crane experience
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication shop environment
Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, metal materials, and heavy machinery
PPE required at all times
Physically active role requiring lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement
