Pay:$18.00 per hour Location:Tulsa, OK 74115 Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 00 AM Start Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125580 Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Stick Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin a career in welding while gaining hands-on experience in a professional fabrication environment.
The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of Stick Welding (SMAW), can read blueprints and a tape measure, and is eager to learn and develop their welding skills. Required Experience & Skills Basic knowledge of Stick Welding (SMAW) Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform entry-level stick welding using SMAW processes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Assist with fabrication and production tasks as assigned Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Support production goals while developing welding skills Weld Test Requirement Candidates must successfully complete the following weld test:
