Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, and other Stihl equipment.
• Clearly explain repair needs, costs, and timelines to our customers with kindness and clarity.
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace to ensure efficient turnaround times for all service orders.
• Keep our service records up to date, documenting parts used and work performed on each unit.
• Help our sales staff identify the correct replacement parts by utilizing technical manuals and digital resources.
• Provide occasional guidance to newer staff members on equipment troubleshooting techniques.

• Hands-on experience repairing small engines, specifically Stihl outdoor power equipment.
• Solid understanding of two-cycle and four-cycle engine mechanics.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Valid driver's license for occasional parts procurement and equipment testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stihl Bronze or Silver certification is highly valued.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
