Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
- Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Uphold client confidentiality and respect their dignity at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid STNA, CNA, or HHA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check clearance required.
