Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is critical in assisting patients with daily activities and maintaining their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Ensure patients' comfort and dignity at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Current certification as an STNA, CNA, or NA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to lift and move patients as required.
