• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

• Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

• Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality are respected at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current CNA certification in the state of [State Name].
