Partner with senior leadership to support equity strategy execution, including new grants, refresh programs, and equity-related initiatives.

Oversee relationships with external stock administration vendors, transfer agents, and advisors, ensuring strong service delivery and data integrity.

Stay current on FASB and SEC pronouncements related to stock-based compensation accounting and interpret impact to the company in partnership with internal partners and external auditors and identify, research, and prepare technical memoranda for complex transactions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and external auditors to support reporting, disclosures, audits, and controls.

Support SEC reporting and SOX compliance related to equity compensation, including controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

Translate broader business and compensation strategy into effective equity administration processes and workflows.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and controls to support scalability and risk mitigation.

Provide guidance and education to employees and leaders regarding equity programs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.

Ensure compliance with global labor, tax, and securities laws, as well as pay transparency regulations.
