• Pullanddistributepartsordersfortechniciansinatimelymanner.
• Receive,reconcile,andproperlylocateshipmentsfromoutsidevendors.
• Pickuppartsfromlocalvendorsusingacompanyvehiclewhenneeded.
• Assistwithinventorymanagementandstockcontrol.
• Maintainaclean,organized,andefficientPartsDepartment.
• Deliverandpickuppartsandequipmentforcustomers,wholesaleaccounts,satellitestores,andvendors.
• Verifyinvoicesagainstpurchaseordersforallpickupsanddeliveries.
• Processandverifypaymentsreceivedwithdeliveryinvoices.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofdailydeliveriesandpickups,includingrecipientsignatures.
• Unloaddeliveryvehiclesandensureallpaperworkandundeliveredpartsareproperlyreturnedandprocessed.
