The Stock Lead is responsible for overseeing the flow of merchandise, maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. This role also involves leading and training stock associates, supporting inventory accuracy, and working closely with store leadership to optimize merchandise availability.

Location and Schedule Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport Schedule: Weekend availability is required

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and train stock associates, ensuring team efficiency and accuracy in handling merchandise • Receive, inspect, and transfer merchandise with precision and attention to detail • Oversee inventory management, including stocking replenishment and organization of merchandise • Maintain clear communication with store leadership regarding inventory levels, product availability, and restocking needs • Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed on the sales floor, maintaining full size and color representation • Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized, ensuring shelves, racks, and displays are neat, labeled, and visually appealing • Assist customers and team members in locating merchandise, demonstrating product knowledge and excellent customer service • Utilize inventory management and POS systems to track stock levels, process transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, markdowns, or pricing errors in coordination with store leadership • Enforce safety and loss prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies • Support overall store operations, visual merchandising, and floor presentation • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
