Stock Supervisor, NY Roosevelt

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Lead to support store performance and ensure operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, executing operational processes, and maintaining a highly organized and efficient store environment.

As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team, driving operational standards, and ensuring the store runs seamlessly day-to-day. You will partner cross-functionally to support business needs while contributing to a high-performing and well-executed store experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, reduce shrink, and maintain strong stockroom organization
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, partnering with leadership to address process and system gaps
• Oversee daily operational functions including shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, and supply management
• Maintain and uphold stockroom and back-of-house standards to support efficiency, safety, and overall store performance
• Support and develop brand advisors through coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Visual, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail experience in an operations-focused or high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stockroom organization, and operational processes
• Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to coach and support team development

• The hourly salary range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
