Stock/Warehouse Associate

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Stock/Warehouse Associate in Lewisburg, TN

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Lewisburg, TN 37091

Schedule: Multiple Schedules

1st shift - 6am to 2pm

2nd shift - 2pm to 10pm

3rd shift - 10pm to 6am

Pay rate: $20-$21.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Fill customer orders and issue supplies from inventory.
• Sort and place logos on assigned products to prepare items for outbound shipment.
• Perform RF scanning of staged products on loading and receiving docks to ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Count materials, inventory, and other warehouse items while documenting quantities and product information.
• Inspect the physical condition of inventory and supplies.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, conveyors, racks, and shelves using manual or non-powered equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners and the ability to accurately count, document, and organize inventory.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stoop, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with fans and drinking water provided.
