Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities - Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in designated storage areas. - Replenish shelves and displays with stock to ensure products are readily available for customers. - Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies to supervisors. - Ensure all stock is stored and displayed according to company guidelines, including proper labeling and rotation. - Keep stock areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. - Assist in unloading deliveries and verifying shipment contents against purchase orders. - Provide support to team members during peak business hours or special promotions. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise weighing up to standard limits safely. - Familiarity with basic inventory management practices. - Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain stock accuracy. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills for coordination with team members and supervisors. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on business needs. - Basic knowledge of workplace safety and handling procedures.
