The Stocker - Perishables position in the Deli department involves providing prompt and courteous customer service, stocking shelves with perishable items, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in organizing and front-facing products, inspecting for HACCP compliance, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness through regular cleaning and hazard removal, collaborate with operators to keep the selling floor stocked and safe, and notify supervisors of low stock.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting over 60 lbs, pushing/pulling heavy items, and standing for long hours in cold/freezing temperatures.
- Work may include operating equipment like forklifts and performing other duties as assigned, possibly across different departments.
