The Stocker - Produce role involves providing prompt, courteous customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Responsibilities include unloading and organizing products, inspecting for quality, ensuring accurate pricing, and assisting with inventory rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Maintains cleanliness through regular cleaning and hazard removal, coordinates with Hi-Lo operators to keep aisles stocked and safe, and reports low stock levels.
- Requires physical effort such as walking, reaching, lifting over 60 lbs., and handling heavy objects frequently in cold/freezing conditions with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
