Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Stocker Associate to help keep our convenience store clean, organized, and fully stocked. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers while ensuring store merchandise is properly stocked and presented.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products in coolers and refrigerated displays.
• Clean and maintain store floors, shelves, counters, and other interior areas.
• Clean and sanitize fuel pumps and pump islands.
• Maintain the forecourt, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Restock shelves and merchandise displays as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles inside and outside the store.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and employee areas.
• Report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues to management.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Previous convenience store, retail, janitorial, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Almost immediately, the growth of the company spiked and began to expand their horizons into the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex. Through both organic and acquisition growth strategies, we began planting seeds and developing successful business models for their future growth.
Utilizing a very experienced, quality-driven operations team, our organization began to build upscale truck stops and single/co-branded convenience store locations with Fast Food brands such as Sonic, Taco Bell and Burger King. Currently, we successfully own and operate over 16 units including the reputable brands of 7-11, Shell, and Exxon located across D/FW and Arkansas.
