Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.  

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves a variety of tasks including sorting, stocking, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Sort and organize products efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse.
• Stocking: Accurately stock products on shelves and ensure optimal placement for easy access.
• Pallet Management: Break down and organize pallets to facilitate smooth handling and processing.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking and packing orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. 50 LBS or more. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are advantageous.
