About the Role
The Stocking Specialist is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and replenishing the products needed to support daily operations at the station and onboard JSX aircraft. You’ll help ensure our teams have the right products in the right place at the right time, from incoming shipments and back-stock to aircraft supplies and airport lounge inventory.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, notices the small details, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you’ll:
- Receive, process, and unload incoming product shipments.
- Organize and stock products needed for daily station and aircraft operations.
- Stock shelves and maintain clean, orderly, and accessible inventory areas.
- Organize back-stock using First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Pack, unpack, and organize boxes and product as needed.
- Monitor PAR levels and communicate product needs between regularly scheduled shipments.
- Restock aircraft with the products and supplies needed for daily operations.
- Maintain airport lounge product levels at 75% or greater.
- Break down and properly dispose of boxes, packaging, and other shipping materials.
- Help maintain an organized catering and stocking facility.
Use spreadsheets and inventory information to support accurate product tracking and replenishment.

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years old due to responsibilities involving the handling of cases of alcohol.
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking, packing and unpacking boxes, organizing inventory, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Ability to perform computer-based and administrative work for extended periods as needed.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in stocking, inventory, receiving, warehousing, catering, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Familiarity with inventory management practices, including PAR levels and FIFO product rotation.

Additional Information
This is a safety-sensitive position. The role includes a combination of computer-based work and physical activity, including walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, packing and unpacking boxes, stocking products, and organizing the catering facility.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate, including emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, or evolving business needs.
