Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, setting up trollies, working the inventory window, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system).
Essential Job Elements
Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders. Both physically and in the MRP system.
Must be able to stand at a work station all day.
Physically set up SMT trollies. Must put correct parts on correct feeders.
Audit others work for accuracy.
Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities.
Count parts physically, as well as using equipment.
Move inventory both physically, as well as in the MRP system.
Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Must be willing and able to work in multiple positions as needed.
Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times.
Provide a high level of customer service to all "customers" of the warehouse.
Ability to work under high levels of stress, pressure and scrutiny.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
