Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing inventory experience will be considered.
• Training or experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or warehouse operations is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, forecasting, and materials management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP or Made2Manage (M2M) experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Ability to inspect inventory, review records, and navigate production and stockroom areas throughout the shift.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory data and reports.

Job Duties

• Lead and supervise stockroom personnel, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, forecasting, and inventory adjustments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and material availability to support production schedules.
• Utilize ERP and Made2Manage (M2M) systems to track inventory, parts, and stock movements.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Plant Management to resolve inventory and logistics issues.
• Review shortage reports and provide updates on inventory status and job progress.
• Collect and verify employee timesheets and overtime reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage scrap material processes and perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
