We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team.As a Stockroom Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate distribution of parts and materials to production areas, contributing directly to operational efficiency and product quality.Whether you have previous warehouse or stockroom experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:Put away incoming materials, components, and suppliesPick parts and stage materials for production lines accurately and on schedulePull and count parts using RF barcode scanning devicesRead and interpret work orders, pick tickets, and job requirementsVerify stock availability and ensure production work centers have the materials they need to runIdentify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials promptlyReturn unused or excess materials to their proper storage locationsMaintain organized, clearly labeled stockroom locations to support accurate inventory and efficient material flowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environmentFollow all company safety procedures and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in keeping things accurate and organized - because production runs on what you deliver.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredWarehouse, stockroom, manufacturing, or distribution experience is helpful but not requiredExperience with inventory management systems or RF barcode scanners a plusAbility to operate a Joey or Tugger safely and efficiently (successful candidate will be trained and must demonstrate safe operation before using equipment independently)Basic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamworkReliable attendance and a strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safetyPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, extensive walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday.
