Stone Fabricator & Installer
• $20-24/hr DOE
• Loveland, CO
• Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
• TempTo-Hire
How you will spend your time as a Stone Fabricator & Installer:
• Learning the different types of stone. I.E. granite, sandstone and marble.
• Learning to measure stone correctly.
• Pick stencil for monument preparation and look for discrepancies.
• Prepare the stone for sandblasting – Attaching stencil, patching stencil, pulling panels, etc.
• Wash monuments after engraving is complete.
• May become forklift certified to move stones safely.
• Assist with strapping loads and supplies down in truck for installs.
• Assist with checking in shipments and stone deliveries.
• Headstone Installs – travel to cemeteries and job sites to assist with installation.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment in shop and vehicles.
Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Stone Fabricator & Installer:
• Experience in a similar position is preferred. Any experience working with Granite or other kinds of stone.
• Valid Drivers Liscence.
• Basic comprehension of English oral and written language.
• Ability to read and measure blueprints and design.
• Ability to lift up 50-70 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of shop work
