Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Storage and Receiving Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will support receiving activities within the CDS storage facility, working closely with Packaging, Distribution, Label Control, Returned Goods, and other areas as needed. You will ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

The Role

  • Follow safety and manual material handling guidelines

  • Properly and safely operate pallet jack and powered industrial trucks

  • Maintain housekeeping of dock area and workstations

  • Enter safety concerns into the database

  • Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or mold

  • Identify correct storage conditions for incoming materials

  • Turn on/off temperature monitoring devices and download data for archiving

  • Separate and verify uniquely coded deliveries

  • Ensure compliance with training requirements including GMP, HR, and Safety

  • Accept deliveries on Dock 10 and unpack/palletize shipments onto approved pallets

  • Receive material into JDE inventory and apply JDE labels to boxes

  • Complete data entries into site inventory systems

  • Use material tracker or material management software

  • Enter information about deliveries unable to be immediately received into tracking system

  • Reduce cost of replacement of damaged materials by marking damage on the BOL

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities

  • Meet deadlines and communicate adjustments as required

  • Understand related SOPs and cGMPs to accomplish daily tasks

  • Meet or exceed customer timelines

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse or dock experience with emphasis on receiving and inbound operations

  • Previous licensing for Powered Industrial Trucks equipment usage

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Ability to read, write, and speak clear English

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Handling of controlled substance product – background check and DEA screening required

  • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack

  • Prior Powered Industrial Truck lift licensing

  • Availability to work occasional overtime

  • 20/30 Corrected Vision Exam
