Our client is seeking a Storage Platform Engineer to support the engineering, development, and strategy of storage computing capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments. This role contributes to improving the reliability, availability, and scalability of infrastructure through modern design patterns, automation, and observability practices.
Responsibilities:
Support strategy and engineering for storage platforms across hybrid cloud environments
Improve infrastructure availability and reliability through repeatable patterns and architectural enhancements
Design and implement scalable storage solutions across enterprise environments
Collaborate with global teams to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
Provide technical guidance for storage operations and platform optimization
Contribute to automation efforts using infrastructure as code and operational tooling
Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related issues at enterprise scale
Support backup and recovery strategies and optimization initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
Five or more years of experience as a Storage Engineer or Platform Engineer with storage experience
