 Hybrid Position 4 days onsite at Dearborn, MI

Overview:
The Storage Services Analyst is part of the EPEO Storage Service team, supporting Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DpaaS). This role involves a mix of technical support, planning, asset management, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Jira planning and tracking of epics, user stories, and tasks
  • Manage asset-related activities, including leasing and service contracts
  • Assist with planning and scaling storage services globally
  • Support hardware installation, decommissioning end-of-life equipment, and fiber connectivity setup
  • Troubleshoot server-connected storage environments
  • Assist with financial and capacity planning, reporting, and analysis
Required Skills:
  • Experience with Jira
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings to management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
  • Willingness to learn financial processes and methodologies
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or project management
  • Familiarity with data center environments and access procedures
  • Understanding of storage fiber infrastructure and Cisco MDS switches
  • Experience coordinating installation and decommissioning of storage devices
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and power connections
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
Experience:
  • 2+ years of IT experience (Associate level)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
