Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced
Storage System Administrator with
5+ years of expertise in
enterprise storage management, SAN/NAS, backup solutions, and cloud storage environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
software-defined storage, replication technologies, and public cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Support enterprise storage systems with a focus on SAN, NAS, and software-defined storage.
- Implement, optimize, and manage global enterprise-scale storage solutions.
- Manage enterprise backup solutions and replication technologies.
- Work with cloud and on-prem enterprise storage environments, including Cisco MDS, EMC VMAX/PowerMax, Data Domain, SRDF, SnapMirror, NetApp, Veritas NetBackup, VMware, EC2, EBS, FSx, S3, S3 Glacier, and S3 Glacier Deep Archive.
- Ensure storage performance, security, and availability across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support storage infrastructure needs.
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of experience in storage system administration supporting enterprise storage.
- Expertise in SAN, NAS, and software-defined storage.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise backup solutions and replication technologies.
- Experience with cloud and on-prem storage environments, including Cisco MDS, EMC VMAX/PowerMax, Data Domain, SRDF, SnapMirror, NetApp, Veritas NetBackup, VMware, EC2, EBS, FSx, S3, S3 Glacier, and S3 Glacier Deep Archive.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in storage automation and optimization.
