Store Assistant Manager FT
The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for working with the Store Manager on all store operations. The Store Assistant Manager plays a vital role in guiding developing and motivating a team of brand advocates to ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the companys brand values.
Responsibilities ? Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising operations, and community connection are all consistent and compliant with company standards. ? Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, ensuring the team is motivated to deliver memorable experiences. ? Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain the companys brand strategies. ? Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor. ? Partner with the Store Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies and procedures, standards, and practices, and company directives. ? Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service. ? Foster an environment of development and accountability. ? Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system. ? Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates. ? Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
Requirements ? Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people resources and services to address business goals and needs. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention. ? Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. ? Understanding of how to develop staff with experience in staffing, coaching, counseling, etc. ? Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.

The pay range of this position is 18-23 hours plus commission. Actual rate will be determined based on the candidates skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K if applicable.
