    JOB TITLE: Store Assistant Manager at Tous Les Jours Store

    REPORTS TO: Sr. Regional Manager

    Job Type: Full Time Employee

    LOCATION: Madison Square Park

    SUMMARY

    The Café Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in achieving financial objectives, overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff compliance with standards and procedures, and providing a superior guest experience. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue, coordinating activities across multiple departments, and contributing to a positive work environment.

    JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:

    • Adjust order quality by figuring out adequate inventory level of a store by figuring out adequate inventory level of a store
    • Make efforts for cost management by checking contribution and discard amount
    • Check cash on hand of a store by figuring out tangible assets and dormant assets of a store
    • Consult with a General Manager and outsourcing staff by checking quality based on quality checklist
    • Responsible for manpower and training to satisfy all the customers and check/apply for group training for staff.
    • Manage detail hygiene and safety check-up through a checklist
    • Manage required documents for staff (Labor contract, health certificate, registered certificate, passbook, sexual harassment record, etc)
    • Keep weekly checklist such as health certificate, hygiene, shelf life, etc
    • After printing staff service training material, conducting training for staff
    • Recruit staff
    • Make recruitment notice in-front of store or notify acquaintances of staff of this notice
    • Recruit sincere and responsible staff
    • Establish intermediate plan with a General Manager
    • Check and apply for service training for new staff
    • Conduct safety training
    • Conduct a big clean up of a store
    • Draft weekly schedule for staff
    • Check machinery of a store through a check up agency
    • Draft inventory table
