You’re a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy! As the Manager, you will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees to strategically resolving problems. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, career growth, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and an occasional silly food pun, we want you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create & maintain a high-performance constructive team culture focused on quality, cleanliness, customer experience, & operational excellence
• Manage costs to hit & uphold COGs & other expense standards
• Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and quality
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
• Project, place, schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to make sure it’s up to Company Standards
• Schedule staff hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation
• Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
• Perform food preparation and service tasks
• Maintain food and equipment inventories
• Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire on-board & train new staff, and evaluate employee performances
• Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate a variety of services with vendors & officials
• Utilize & troubleshoot POS system, operate & reconcile cash register and make bank deposits.
• Adhere to company opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records

We are a new Cafe opened for about 1 year. We serve Authentic Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Fresh Juices, Healthy food options. The ownership team with you is a local Sacramento native who's purpose here is to find the right people to run great businesses with, so that your life, our other employees' lives, and everyones' families' lives are all better off because of what we do together in and out of the stores.
