Store Associate/Cook
Skills Needed:
-Cooking, food handling and safe knife handling skills
-Strong customer service skills to interact with a variety of customers, maintain customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints professionally
-Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, and suppliers, and explain store policies when necessary
-Basic mathematical skills to accurately handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage inventory
-Understanding of store merchandise to help customers find the products they are looking for, and suggest suitable alternatives when necessary
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods, stock shelves, and possibly lift heavy items
-Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Attention to detail to maintain store cleanliness, ensure accurate pricing, and observe any potential store theft
-Problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns and resolve issues that may arise during a shift
***Previous related experience a PLUS!
Ideal applicants will be 18+ years of age (to operate fryers, etc.) with previous cooking and retail experience.
