Job Duties

• Online Orders and Invoicing - Coordinate online orders with multiple web applications for multiple Company departments and communicate with order customers. Process incoming orders, assemble merchandise, invoice for and process payment, package, ship and process appropriate paperwork. Prepare international shipping paperwork.
• Vendor Shipments/Merchandise Processing - Receive, unpack, and inspect new shipments. Count and verify shipments. Check for logo integrity. Enter inventory and monitor and adjust current pricing. Prepare paperwork for supervisor to pay invoices. Maintain backroom organization and standards.
• Store Front Sales - Serve guests and employees of the Company, as well as local area residents, who visit Company Store. Assist customers with questions, purchases, answer phone, etc. Maintain appropriate store appearance.
• Miscellaneous - Enter daily sales reports and rectify end of day reports. Participate in other tasks such as organizing/maintaining storage and visual merchandising. Update spreadsheets and website photographs/descriptions and pricing. Assist in monthly reports and special projects with the Crown Store Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Less than 2 years related experience

High School graduate or equivalent

Very little to no travel

Overnight stays unlikely

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Two to four years prior retail sales experience or working in a customer-oriented environment. Good communication and computer skills are preferred for this position.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Per 8-hour shift. Sit 3 hours and stand 5 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent walking and climbing stairs. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
